How ZombieVideo handles your portraits, plans, account, and generated stories.

Portraits and plans

Photo selection and cropping happen in your browser. Local saved plans and exported JSON recipes contain story settings and text, not photos or filenames. Removing a local plan removes that plan from this browser.

When you confirm video creation, we upload your two portraits to our private server storage and send them with your story prompt to SeeAPI for content checks and video generation. The copies in ZombieVideo's private photo storage expire after 24 hours and are removed by our cleanup process. This 24-hour period applies to our copies and signed access URLs, not to copies already retrieved by SeeAPI or its model providers. Do not upload portraits unless you have permission to use them.

SeeAPI's Data Handling & Privacy policy currently specifies no scheduled automatic expiry for its stored input files, generated outputs, task information, or moderation results, and a 60-day retention period for its API request records and logs. Expiring our original photo URL does not delete a copy already retrieved for processing. Other providers involved in the selected model may have their own retention terms.

Your portraits and generated videos are not added to the public reference gallery. Public examples are attributed to their original websites.

Account and video history

We store your account name, email, authentication records, story settings, job status, generated result, credit transactions, orders, and subscription information to provide the service. Generated videos are available through authenticated account routes. Download videos you want to keep.

Session cookies keep you signed in. Device storage keeps the plans you explicitly save and may remember an active task so you can return to it. Clearing browser storage removes local plans and task shortcuts, but does not remove account records.

Payments

The selected payment provider handles payment details. We store order identifiers, amounts, currencies, statuses, and subscription records. We do not store complete card details.

Analytics and support

If analytics or customer support services are enabled, the site loads the configured services according to the site's consent settings. Information you send through a support ticket is stored so the request can be handled. You can review your profile, payments, credits, and tickets in your account.

Requests

For questions about account data or deletion requests, use Support tickets. Include the relevant task or order identifier without sending passwords or card details. If your request concerns photos or results sent to SeeAPI, include the ZombieVideo task ID so we can identify the related provider task and coordinate a deletion request. Provider deletion, including the scope of backups and downstream copies, is subject to the provider's review and policies; deleting a local plan or expiring our URL does not make that request automatically.
