Your creative work

Use portraits and text you own or have permission to use. You are responsible for obtaining permission from the people depicted. Do not use the service to impersonate, harass, exploit, or create unlawful content.

Public reference clips belong to their original sources. They illustrate a story format and are not videos generated by your account. Their original timing, characters, and watermarks are preserved.

Generation

Review the two portraits, character roles, story settings, output format, and credit cost before confirming creation. Generation sends the portraits and story to the AI provider. We request a native 19-second video from Seedance 2.5. Identity, continuity, motion, and timing can vary; a prompt is not a guarantee of exact results. A provider may reject an input.

Standard uses 10 credits at 480p and Cinema HD uses 22 credits at 720p. An accepted job deducts its cost. A job that fails returns its deducted credits. If a provider receipt is uncertain, the task is held for reconciliation to avoid sending a duplicate paid request. Review task status and contact support with its identifier if help is needed.

Purchases and subscriptions

The selected plan and USD price appear before secure checkout. One-time packs grant the displayed credits without an expiry date. Monthly subscriptions renew at the displayed monthly price and grant credits for each successful billing cycle. Manage or cancel renewal in Billing. Cancellation does not reverse completed work or past billing cycles.

Failed rendering credits are returned automatically. A completed render is delivered work. For payment or refund questions, use Support tickets and provide the order number; no approval or refund outcome is promised by an automated reply.

Availability and downloads

Generation and payments require configured external services. An unavailable service reports an error instead of a successful result. Keep copies of downloaded videos you want to retain. Publishing tools prepare editable text and subtitle drafts; they do not publish to social platforms, guarantee reach, or guarantee moderation approval.

Account security

Keep your sign-in details private. Your account includes your credit, payment, subscription, and video history. Use Support tickets for account or billing help.
